Port Antigua Property Owners’ Association
Lower Matecumbe Key, Florida
Welcome
Port Antigua is a “Deed Restricted” community located close to the southernmost boundary of Islamorada in the beautiful Florida Keys. On Lower Matecumbe Key, we consist of over 300 properties which have come to be one of the more desirable neighborhoods in the area. Our gorgeous white sand beach with its Tikis, picnic tables, and grills, our wide canals, and the private boat ramp all make Port Antigua a great place to live, vacation, or simply get away for a while.

Letter from the President
Thank you for visiting the Port Antigua Property Owners’ Association website. We are excited to offer our members and their familes, as well as potential members and visitors, this portal into our community.
The PAPOA was founded to preserve the values and amenities of the Port Antigua community as well as to maintain its common properties. Overseeing this effort is our Board of Directors which is comprised of residents who have volunteered their time and talents to keep our community the desirable neighborhood it is. We are ALWAYS open to suggestions on how to improve the community and for better ways to accomplish our goals. And we welcome offers to participate in our work as we have plenty of room for more volunteers. You can make a difference.
The website has been designed to help you get information you need as easily and quickly as possible, whether it concerns building a house, adding on to your home, or renting one of the existing ones.
Please let us know how we are doing!
